I see this picture of me and I'm blown away. I was comfortable at my weight and my life. But I didn't like what I saw. I knew I needed to clean up my act. I knew I needed to never be that sick again. I knew I need to kick my own fanny. I began journaling what I ate, going for walks, then running. Within a few months, my weight was down significantly. I wanted to be leaner and I was reaching a plateau. I started lifting weights but that program was making me gain. I began searching for the hormonal component to weight loss (I didn't think about fat loss at this time) but I figured my hypothyroidism might be playing a part to my plateau. November 2014, I found Kate. Ladies, I started with 5 & 8 pounds. I COLLAPSED during my rounds. I was so weak! It's taken time to build my strength, my endurance, most importantly my knowledge!
